Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act (EPEA) Registration No. 00302363-00-01 was issued on March 4, 2024, to 386837 Alberta Ltd. for the construction, operation, and reclamation of a pit located on SW 1⁄4 of Section 05 in Township 037, Range 28, West of 4th Meridian.
Reclamation Certificate 00471346-00-00 has been issued by Alberta Environment and Protected Areas and EPEA Registration No. 00302363 -00-00 is no longer required for the above- mentioned pit.
In accordance with the EPEA and the regulations, the Director has cancelled EPEA Registration No. 00302363-00-01.
